  • Fast Charging: EV Chargers depending upon their rated capacity can charge your EV at much faster rates (multiple times) compared to 13A plug point.
  • Safety: EV Chargers comes with many in-built protection systems which enhances the overall safety.
  • Access Control: EV Chargers comes with OTP / RFID authorization systems. So you can rest assured that no one can misuse charging point at your parking lot without your permission.
  • Smart Features: Most EV Chargers comes with features like remote access and control, smart charging etc. which are not available in 13A plug.

Standard installation comprises of supplies and services which are generally required at the time of installation such as one-time installation activities as per HiKiEV approved designs, certain length of cabling work, cable casing etc. It does not include any special requirement which may be required at site. Please read standard installation scope and Terms and Conditions in the offer for more details before confirming your order.

EZcharge home chargers comes with multiple features which might not be there in basic charger provided by your car company. These features may include - Faster Charging rate, Safety & Protection, Access control, Smart Charging features etc.

EV Charger should be compatible with your EV. It is recommended that you should buy chargers of a trusted brand only. Also, charger installation requires expertise since the electricity load can be quite high. Therefore, it is important that installation be done by authorized experts. HiKiEV provides end-to-end customized solutions and offerings including EV charger supply, installation, CMS subscription and AMC.

HiKiEV has Service teams present in 20+ cities (including all metros and most of the major cities) in India. Home charger can be installed within even 3 days depending upon your location, site feasibility and stock availability. Please contact us for a more precise estimate.

EZ Charge home chargers comes with multiple features which might not be there in basic charger provided by your car company. These features may include - Faster Charging rate, Safety & Protection, Access control, Smart Charging features etc.

Yes, you can. However, it depends on the length of connector cable (cable that connects Charger to your EV Charging port). Typically, high capacity chargers comes with a standard length (varying between 1.5 m - 4 m). Some chargers do not come with connector cable and requires either cable provided by Car Company to be used or purchase of a new connector cable.

Most of Smart charger models have inbuilt electricity meter that allows you to monitor electricity consumption detail on Charger UI screen.

Home chargers are usually smaller in size and can be handled easily.

Yes, you can charge you EV at Public chargers from HiKiEV EZ Charge Network. You need to download HiKiEV EZ Charge Mobile App and register on it to start using Public Chargers. Please be careful in terms of selecting right type of chargers which are compatible with your car and the availability of those chargers.

Duration of charging session depends upon multiple factors -

1. Type of charger (AC or DC): DC chargers are typically fast chargers
2. Charger rated capacity: Maximum output of charger
3. Car battery charging capacity: Maximum power at with a battery can be charged.
4. State of Charge (SOC): Existing level of charge
5. Other Parameters: Battery temperature, charger temperature etc.

Depending upon available time, you can do partial top ups (like 30 min.) or full charge (typically 1 -2 hours)

Cost of charging at Public Charging points includes multiple components like -
Service Charges - This is to compensate for cost of providing EV charging services which includes investment in chargers, software infrastructure, power infrastructure, maintenance, facility charges etc.

You can download HiKiEV EZ Charge App form App Store/Play Store. The app is free of cost. You will be charged only whenever you use any services based on the listed charges.

You need to download and register at HiKiEV EZ Charge app in order to charge at HiKiEV EZ Charge Network of Public Chargers. App download and registration is free of cost.

Charging at HiKiEV EZ Charge Public Chargers can be done only using mobile app or RFID or HiKiEV issued RFID cards.

Almost all of the DC fast chargers have inbuilt connector cables. However, some chargers (typically some AC chargers) requires charging connector cable to be brought by the user.

HiKiEV Chargers are brand agnostic. Chargers can be used to charge Electric Cars of any brand, make or model provided the car supports charging standard of the charger. For example: EVs that are built on CCS charging standard can be charged only with chargers that support CCS standards.

Different Electric Cars conform to different Charging Standards. In India, mostly three standards are common - CCS, Bharat Specifications (or GB/T) & CHAdeMO. A Car can be charged only at a Charger which conforms to the Charging Standard supported by the car.

Yes, you can monitor charging session remotely using HiKiEV EZ Charge app.

Billing will depend on one or more of the following -

1. Actual electricity consumption
2. Session duration,
3. Service Charges
4. Booking & Cancellation policy,
5. Parking Charges, Occupancy Charges & Transaction charges

HiKiEV EZ Charge cards will work as per the access and authorization rights configured for the card. HiKiEV EZ charge cards enable hassle free charging by employees of our clients.

HiKiEV EV Chargers comes with in-built multiple protection systems which significantly reduces risks related to electric safety at Commercial spaces & Offices. HiKiEV also offers Annual Maintenance for almost all of our charger models.
